New Tutorial - Sassy Punk Girl ♥

a new tutorial, finally..
i wasnt going to tut this tag, but have had numerous requests to do so.
i used a free kit by Kristin here, but she's taken down her kits for now from her blog for now til she decides what she will be doing with her kits...(hurrrrry Kristin i miss your kits LOL)♥

any kit can be used with this tutorial though, i'd love to see your results ♥
